Off-season or quiet periods may return zero storms — this is the correct honest state. Source: NOAA NHC (nhc.noaa.gov) — US government public domain (17 U.S.C. § 105), keyless. Coverage: Atlantic + Eastern/Central Pacific ONLY (not Australian region, Western Pacific, or Indian Ocean).
