Live grid carbon intensity (gCO2/kWh): current value, trend vs ~3 hours ago, and the live generation mix by fuel. `region` = "au" (Australian NEM, default) | "nsw" | "qld" | "vic" | "sa" | "tas" (single NEM state) | "uk" (Great Britain) | "all" (AU + UK). AU values are DERIVED and honestly flagged so (method in response): live AEMO 5-minute dispatch SCADA weighted by AEMO's own CDEII per-generator CO2e emission factors — AEMO's official daily CDEII index rides alongside for cross-checking. GB values are NESO-measured. Complements carbon_intensity (UK-only, cleanest-window forecast). Keyless; AEMO general permission — any purpose with attribution — + NESO CC BY 4.0. Every value is returned in an Ed25519-signed, provenance-stamped envelope (source and observation time) you can verify offline against /.well-known/keys, no account required.
