Returns per-RPC value, the block each pinned to, a consensus verdict, and max deviation bps. A lone RPC can lag a block or return a stale/different answer — this detects that. Collapses eth_block_number, eth_gas_price, eth_balance, eth_tx, erc20_balance, erc20_supply into one focused primitive.
