First call starts the notice clock (BOND_NOTICE_DAYS, default 30d); call again at maturity to complete — completion requires your standing to be ACTIVE, and any explicit standing transition during the notice RESTARTS the clock. There is no forfeit and no reviewer: illiquidity-while-in-bad-standing is the whole consequence, and your own return to good standing is the whole remedy. Requires tenants:write.
